- COMPLEMENTARY SERVICES
To supplement the above, some additional services are offered to relieve companies and/or taxpayers from the burden of carrying out activities relating to the tax assistance:
- For companies
– Intermediary service to receive online 730/4 forms
This service consists of managing flows of information between CAF and the withholding agent relating to accounting results from the tax returns of client company personnel (730/4), received from the Revenues Agency’s online services.
This service relieves companies from having to manually manage paper documents or files received from numerous CAFs in connection with the tax returns filed by their employees in order to make the consequent adjustments.
– Processing of additional sections of the Unico form (RM, RT, RW) – in combination with the 730 service
Taxpayers who have submitted a 730 form to the CAF and who have overseas investments or foreign financial assets are required to file additional sections (RM, RT and RW). Our staff will therefore analyse share plans, with the company’s support.
This type of service involves preparing the appropriate sections based on documents provided by the employee, which can be uploaded directly by the taxpayer in the dedicated document sharing area on the CAF PORTAL, subject to receipt of the employee’s email address to enable the activation of the user, or, alternatively, sent in paper form via the Personnel office.
- For taxpayers
– Income tax return UNICO PF base
The Unico form can be used by any taxpayer unable to file a 730 form.
We provide a service that involves filling-in the tax return and the forms (F24) used to pay advance taxes and balances, which the taxpayer can use to make payments directly at a bank.
– Special social benefits (ISEE – ISEU)
The ISE (Indicator of Economic Situation) is a tool used by many public and private institutions to assess families’ economic situations to ascertain their eligibility for certain social benefits. These benefits are connected to a family’s economic situation and, in some cases, to whether they meet certain subjective requirements. The most significant social benefits include concessions for university students (study grants, canteens, lodgings), defining the tax bracket (for university tuition fees – ISEU declaration, registration for day care and other children’s services), education benefits in general (books, study grants, school lunch vouchers), subsidies for public utilities (electricity and gas).
– Income certification (RED)
The RED is an income-related declaration that must be submitted by pensioners who receive certain social security and welfare benefits from INPS or other social security entities. It is designed to determine whether the pensioner is eligible for such benefits. CAFs help pensioners to fill in this form and send the related data to INPS.
Pensioners affected by this requirement are informed by INPS via a letter that must be submitted to the CAF.
– Deductions/ICRIC – ICLAV and ACCAS/PS
Filling-in of the deductions form for public entities (INPS). Filling-in declarations of responsibility by recipients of care services to verify that the reasons for admittance still exist – recipients of an incapacity allowance, child disability allowance, civil invalidity allowance, etc.
– IMU/TASI (IUC – Imposta Unica Comunale)
Tax calculations for owners of agricultural land, building areas, buildings subject to tax on real estate income, which is paid to the municipality in which such assets are situated.
The tax is calculated using the F24 form, which the taxpayer can submit directly to a bank for payment.
– Filling-in of the F24 payment form
Calculations for late payments or voluntary disclosures.
– Land registry extracts
A land registry extract is a document containing the identification and income data of immoveable assets (land and buildings). A land registry extract for building or land can be obtained via a programme connected online to the land registry information database.
